first week!

Hey Mom! 

What a week I had! To start on Monday I realized I had accidently left all my golf pants at the CCM. They were in the bottom dresser of my closet at the CCM, and with all the excitement I completely forgot to check there. Lucky I have my 4 pairs of dry-clean only pants, but I got to buy 4 more of golf like pants today, so if you got notified that I made a lot of purchases that's why. Defininetly a rocky start, but the day was good! We did a lot of contacting, and taught a few lessions. Spanish in the CCM and here are not close whatsoever. The first few days were really hard and just a lot of listening, but I feel like I have made a ton of progress, and I even bore my testimony this Sunday during sacrement meeting! I think after a few weeks I will be doing really good. Elder Reyes understand English for the most part, he just doesn't really speak it. But that is enough to help me, and I am improving little by little. He is almost from Nothern Mexico so he speaks insanely fast, but I can understand him and if I can understand him, I can understand anyone and everyone else. I gave a lession later this week and it was really cool too, I did most of the talkng which was really cool! Also I baptized someone this week! It was little boy named Cristian, he was taught before I got there and I just happened to get lucky and baptize him. Really cool experience. We have a family of 4 that we are hoping to get baptized here later too! My district and zone are also really cool, and most of them are american so I can talk to them during stuff. As for this week it is just more lessions and contacting, and I am excited for it! Hope you guys are having a great time in the snow at home, and I can't walk to talk to you guys! Also, they have a Costco here so I can just print out photos instead of you having to send them. Think about you all all the time, and I am here to give families a chance to be like ours. LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!
