Last Door Miracle

General Información 

Well, today was the day where I found out if I could get sunburned or not. The anwser is a strong yes, as 2 hours of capture the flag seems to be my limit. It's alright though, as I shouldn't have any problem coming home with a little bit of a tan. That was our activity for the zone, and tomorrow we have our conference of the zone, I only have 3 more with President Willamson so I am going to enjoy these last few. 

Ok so it's just like a normal housing contract but in spanish 

That's what my zone leader told me after we got a text that our contract was going to go out, and as you might guess, that was really comforting for me. 2 hours of printing of sheets of paper, and reading of the 10 clauses, we ended up at our renters house working it all out. She is a member, so that helped a little, but I have never felt like such an adult as she walked me through the whole contract. My nodding did the trick, and now I have a housing contract under "Richard Taylor Jackson", a big accomplishment for sure. 

Saturday Night Blessing

In reality, this week was pretty slow in finding people. Up unitl Saturday, all of our future investigators had cancelled, always as our actual investigators, and not many people had been receptive. Early Saturday night, we had a lesson finally with an investigator, and she told us that she didn't want to get baptized anymore. As we left, I was feeling pretty down. My comp though told me to keep my head up, and we kept working. Close to 8:30, we knocked our final street for the day, and everyone till the last house said no. But, that last house was the one that mattered. We meet a man named Daniel, who knew English, and so we started to talk. After conversations about US Presidents, buisness, and capitalism, he said he was intrested in the church, and we put a day to come by and talk with him. Now, I don't know if he will be a baptizm, but the fact is that he listened to us, and for me that's what I needed. To have the opportunity to talk to someone about stuff I know, and feel a little bit better. I know it was a blessing from our Heavenly Father, and I that he knows me personally. 

El Fin

This week was a perfect example of blessing when we really need them. The whole week was tough, and at times it was easy to look as think "why is everything that could go wrong happening", but through those moments are when we grow the most. If we always got blessing when it was convenient, where is the value. With faith, we will always get what we need, exactly when we need it. Hope you all are good at home, and ¡ nos vemos !
