Fecha Frenzy

General Información

Well, one week down with me and Isiordia, and we are still alive so I guess you could say our traning has been a big success! No but really, we have been working really well together. We put 3 fechas for baptizms this week, all for March, and I feel really good about them. Being a trainer has been a big step up, as I had to get use to being the one to start and lead lessons, but we have made the transiton realtively smooth. I still have a lot to learn, but I am excited for the future, and to get better each and every day. 

A New Family In the Apartment

As I was cleaning one day, I happened to look under a bed that we had in another room, and found the body of one of the biggest spiders I have ever seen. Now, being the American I am, maybe that's not saying much, but anyone could tell this bad boy had being living in our apartment for sometime. Luckily, I found her dead, and I say her because I am fairly certain she is a she, and not just that, a Mom. That being because since then I have seen a whole bunch of little baby spiders crawling in and out of the light sockets. An intresting site to see as you are brushing your teeth for the night, but we have elavated beds, and I think we are good terms because we haven't killed any of them yet, so I am feeling good. Makes you feel not so alone too ;)

El Fin

In this week I have learned so much, more than I had learned in my first 12 weeks here. And everything I have learned also has realates to the blessings that come from the Gospel. We had a really good lesson this week too with Maria, one of the investigators we put a fecah with, where we read 2 Nephi 31 which talks abou the baptizm of Christ. I felt the Spirit so strong during it, and I know she did too. It's just such a joy to bring this Gospel to others, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now.
